Spiwin & Company recognizes the need of effective and productive
information to make effective financial and practice management
decisions. We recognize that each client has their own needs and
we work to develop a monthly report package that will provide the
client the most concise information in order to make effective decisions.
Some Reports that are available:
- Period Financial Statistics Report - Gives
a daily account and summary for charges, payments and adjustments
posted for facility during the selected range of dates.
- Period Transaction/Summary Report - Generates
a summary of charges, payments and adjustments.
- Compensation by Payments Report - Provides
figures that shows the number of services paid for each provider
and the amounts. This is effective for physician productivity
based practices.
- Provider Revenue Report – Provides you
with the total charges generated and payments received that were
posted during a selected date range. You can run by: Posting or
service dates, Billing or Service Facility, By specific providers
or all providers, For specific procedures or all procedures.
- Charge Detail Report - Shows all charges for
a selected range of dates, along with the payments and adjustments
that have been applied to the charges selected. Charges may be
pulled by service date or posting date.
- A/R Tracking Report - Shows the total balance
that is outstanding including patient and insurance responsibility.
Aging date can be from posting date or from date of service
Our practice management system has comprehensive reporting capabilities.
Additional reporting can be reviewed with each client based upon
their needs and level of service.
