Since 1981 Spiwin & Company has provided Collection Services for a variety of companies. Our clients include Medical Accounts, Newspaper Accounts, Business Accounts and a variety of other accounts. We take pride in providing a personal service to our Clients and strive to establish a partnership with our clients.

In 1994 several clients requested that we provide a billing service to complete the Cycle as a One Stop complete medical service from start to finish. Since 1994 our clients include Ambulance services (als/bls) physical rehab, and Oncology Centers.

Spiwin & Company has an experienced staff of collectors as well as Medical Billers. We follow all FDCP regulations and are HIPPA compliant.
